How Enrollment & Payment Work
Founding cohort rate: $2,000 for early participants.
To reserve your place in the collective, a $500 deposit is required.
Once your deposit is submitted:
Your seat in the cohort is secured
You’ll receive access to the private participant portal
You’ll receive onboarding materials and next steps
The remaining balance may be paid:
In full, or
Through a payment plan

Participation in a six-session, live group coaching journey
Showing up as a first-generation professional navigating identity, ambition, and belonging
Engaging in reflective dialogue, shared learning, and practical integration
Contributing to a small, intentional cohort grounded in trust and confidentiality
This is not a passive program or content library. It is a relational space designed for growth through connection, reflection, and practice.
What This Space Requires
This collective works best when participants are able to:
Attend sessions live whenever possible and communicate proactively if conflicts arise
Engage with curiosity, respect, and care for diverse lived experiences
Hold confidentiality and honor the vulnerability of the group
Show up imperfectly, honestly, and with a willingness to reflect and experiment
You don’t need prior coaching experience , just openness, presence, and a readiness to engage.
