ABOUT ME
WHY I DO THIS WORK
I believe the stories we carry shape how we lead, connect, and show up in the world.
My own journey began in filmmaking, drawn to the emotional resonance of storytelling and its power to foster connection. Over time, my focus turned inward—to the self-narratives that influence how we see ourselves, how we relate to others, and how we move through complexity. These inner stories can be sources of courage or constraint, clarity or confusion. This insight sparked my enduring interest in how authenticity, identity, and ambition intersect in both our personal and professional lives.
HOW I SUPPORT GROWTH
Today, as a Leadership Development Consultant and ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), I partner with leaders at all levels to cultivate the self-awareness, relational capacity, and clarity needed to lead with intention in today’s complex environments.
My practice is rooted in research-informed frameworks, experiential learning, and a relational stance. I draw on intentional design principles, systems thinking, and process consultation to meet each client and context with care. Whether I’m coaching one-on-one or partnering on organizational development efforts, I strive to create environments that are reflective, grounded, and generative.
“My role is to hold space for clarity, complexity, and the courage to grow.”
GLOBAL PERSPECTIVE & PERSONAL STORY
I’m a first-generation college graduate, born and raised in the border town of Brownsville, Texas. This upbringing shaped how I see the world and how I show up in it. I’m fluent in Spanish and have had the privilege of working across cultures, including time as a Fulbright Fellow in South Korea. These experiences continue to shape my work as a coach, consultant, and collaborator. They remind me that language, culture, and identity influence how we communicate, how we lead, and how we connect.
When I’m not working, you can usually find me with my family, on a playdate with my four-year-old, or browsing the bookshelves of my neighborhood thrift store.
TEACHING, FACILITATION, AND FIELD LEADERSHIP
Beyond my consulting and coaching work, I am committed to growing the field and supporting the development of others. I co-facilitate a graduate-level course for working professionals, Coaching and Consulting Tools and Techniques, at the University of Pennsylvania. I also served as Master of Ceremonies and organizer for the Graduate School Alliance for Education in Coaching’s 2022 International Coaching Conference.
My broader work spans leadership development, coaching education, DEI, and career growth. Across workshops, speaking engagements, and panels, my approach remains rooted in partnership, presence, and practical insight.
