The Thriving FGP Collective

Coaching and community for first-generation professionals redefining success

You’ve built your success through determination and grit.

Yet even hard-won success can carry quiet questions about identity, belonging, and direction. The Thriving FGP Collective™ brings together professionals ready to integrate who they are with how they lead and to transform the energy of striving into a grounded sense of thriving

The Collective creates space for that reconciliation through coaching and community, helping participants align identity, ambition, and impact.

Who This Is For

This program is for first-generation professionals, across sectors and stages, who are at a point of reflection in their leadership and life and want to:

  • Reconnect with their roots while shaping the next chapter of their leadership journey

  • Explore greater coherence between lived experience, ambition, and the impact they are creating

  • Move beyond survival-driven patterns and into a steadier sense of confidence, purpose, and belonging

FGPC is best suited for participants who have spent several years in their careers and are navigating increasing responsibility, complexity, or leadership expectations. Most participants have approximately 6+ years of professional experience, though readiness for reflection and integration matters more than a specific number

What the Collective is

The Thriving FGP Collective™ is a small, cohort-based group coaching experience designed for first-generation professionals who want space to reflect, integrate, and grow alongside peers with shared lived experience.

This is not a course or a content-driven program. It is a facilitated, relational container that blends coaching, dialogue, and reflective practice. The depth of the experience comes from both the structure of the sessions and the shared presence of the group.

Participants are invited to engage thoughtfully, contribute to collective learning, and explore their leadership and life with honesty and care

The Thriving FGP Collective Curriculum

A virtual six-session group coaching journey that guides FGPs through reflection, storytelling, and shared dialogue to envision what thriving looks like, design aligned practices, and deepen their capacity to lead. Below is an outline of what participants can expect.

  • Orientation & Context Awareness

Create psychological safety, build connection, and situate personal experience within broader systems and context.

  • Values, Strengths, and Costs

Unearth the values and strengths that have sustained growth—while naming the often-invisible costs of striving.

  • Identity Integration & Wholeness

Envision a way of living and leading that no longer requires fragmentation or self-erasure.

  • Alignment & Intentional Direction

Translate insight into values-aligned direction, clarifying where to invest energy and where to stop overextending.

  • Capacity & Sustainability

Design habits, boundaries, and support systems that protect capacity and allow thriving to endure over time.

  • From Integrated Thriving to Broader Impact

Use positional power intentionally so thriving expands beyond the individual and supports what matters over time.

Each session weaves together live coaching, peer dialogue, and guided reflection. Between sessions, participants are invited to journal, experiment, or notice how new insights show up in everyday life. There is minimal prework and no prior coaching experience required, only openness and curiosity.

The Thriving FGP Collective™ includes:

  • Six 2-hour live group coaching sessions

  • Three individual 1:1 coaching sessions (60 minutes each)

  • A welcome packet, participant workbook, and supporting materials, with specially branded items for Founding Circle members.

  • Access to a private participant portal and peer community

  • Optional Capstone Practice

What This Collective Supports
